Is there a migration fee?
Yes: €490 (one-time) for migration and onboarding from Excel or any other software, with hands-on assistance from our team in Barcelona. Billed when you activate the subscription, after the trial.
How does the trial work?
14 days with every feature of Professional. No credit card. When it ends, you continue on the plan you choose or your account is paused until you reactivate.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. We prorate the change automatically.
Is VAT included?
No, VAT is added separately (21% in Spain). The correct VAT is calculated and applied automatically.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data any time from Settings → My data (GDPR). If you request deletion, we give you a 30-day grace period before permanently erasing, in line with GDPR and Spanish LOPD.
Do you accept SEPA / bank transfer?
The Konduce subscription is paid by card or SEPA Direct Debit. For annual wire-transfer discounts, contact us.
Is there an annual discount?
15% off when paying yearly upfront. Email admin@konduce.es and we will apply it manually.
What fee do you take on student payments?
Only on online payments (card and SEPA) and automatic payment plans: 2% on Starter, 1% on Professional, 0.5% on Business — the higher your plan, the lower the fee. Manually recorded payments (cash, transfer, your own card terminal) have no fee. Stripe also applies its standard rate (1.5% + €0.25 per payment). Both are borne by the driving school, never the student.
